Ban(Penalty) Appealing HELP!

Long story short, I got banned in 8 jul 2022 because I refunded my $50, 5,750 Royal Crystal purchase through steam. (Commerce Lock) I tried evrything to open it but no.

There is no special live service for Lost Ark but, I tried other amazon services live chats to help me reach the lost ark ones. I spent more than 3 hours just chatting with amazon live support, some of them lied some of them said nope. And some of them said try to appeal the ban from amazon games site.

I tried sending web tickets through "Something else" and "Accoun compresed" categories,
They thretend to ban my account...

Now the second part of the story enters;

I CANNOT PUT A SINGLE SCREENSHOT in the appeal ban section. AND HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO prove my account history other than a screen shot or anything like that. So I did write what happend in my account at that time to make them understand this was a mistake. But it got declined, and you know what they said in the end of moderator note?

"Please provide more information if you think we're being mistaken"

BUT FROM WHERE?????

Help me please

I need to get this ban out of my account (I'm wrting this like I did but my accoun wasn't even in my hands at that time but that doesn't change anything)

Btw, you can only try to appeal a ban once.

If you hit them with a charge back/refund, you're most likely not getting your account back. Almost every game like this has it in their ToS/Policies that doing that will net you permanent closure of your account.

Going out of your way to initiate a refund is highly unlikely to be a mistake, and I doubt they'll see it that way. Godspeed if you choose to pursue this.
