Unfair Ban with no chance of appeal, multi million dollar company acting like a bot

I decided to download Lost Ark again after 3 years and the first thing that greets me is a permanent ban. The reason for my ban is because of "Commerce Lock". I tried to appeal my case but an automated message on (https://www.amazongames.com/en-us/support/lost-ark/tools/appeal-a-penalty) says that if I want I can show more proof which it didn't let me. I can see my purchase history on Steam and it says I bought 50 dollars worth of "Royal Crystals" but the issue is I don't own the card used and nobody else uses my Steam account. What I know for sure is that I never purchased any of that. I can show proof in my Steam account that the purchase failed to go through 3 times and the refund was issued by itself. I, as the user of the account, never started a refund.

Horrible service, no phone number to call directly to Amazon Games, no direct email to contact

I was threatened to get my Amazon Prime removed because I called costumer service for this issue

no threats will do or mean anything. It's all outsourced indians that read off cue cards to put people in an infinite loop of nothing so that they have no responsibilities while being as predatory as possible by adding options to swipe for the illusion of getting around their incompetence or just pure complete lack of care for the game.

Its not about what they can do for the game. Its about how much the game can make them without doing anything.
