What class to play? First beginner

This is sorta impossible to answer, every class is unique and fun. But even melee characters can have quite a bit of range on their attacks. The game eventually becomes more about raid and boss knowledge, heavily on positioning to stay close to the back but not too close where u can't dodge, and then about learning patterns to have high uptime on ur damage and rotations on your skills.

It becomes more about if u prefer high rate of fast attacks with lower numbers, or slower but bigger attacks. with a mix of in between, and how much u care about positioning.

But if i had to answer ur question, i guess slayer, or mayhem zerker aren't bad options. But really, like i said, every class is good and fun in a way. Only thing that sucks is there's no real way to see what their endgame gameplay is like without investing in one at a time.

Usually swift , non positional class is consider easier to play than back attack class. You can try Demonic Impulse Shadow Hunter or Night Edge Soul eater.

Demonic is probably easiest since early T4 require no rotation or meter build and can self heal during transformation, Only after 1680 when open the 4 node , require to build 60 stacks for X skill.

Ayaya like aero and Wild Soul also considered easy to play. Reflux sorc is also very easy w/o much rotation, but tends to be on lower damage if low APM.

Avoid Deathblade both specs for beginner, you can come back later when more experience. RE Blade will be strong and at 1680 , Surge is non positional , but overall blade still requires good hand to pilot.

How do I choose a class? I got stuck with warrior when i first started it and didn't want it.

How do I choose a class? I got stuck with warrior when i first started it and didn't want it.

on character creation , you choose the primary class then character class. for example Shadow Hunter is under Assasin class
