Enlightenment points

i just got to 1100 and i have only 1 Enlightenment point and i do not know how to get more points i searched about this but they say i have to do Advanced honing in order to get them but that is after 1620 so ya what should i do

Get t3 legendary accessories then refine them, only refine ones that are 70 or higher "blue" they give the same points as 1640 ones, next upgrade is 1680
