New player needing help

I just started the game as the wild soul class, and I have seen people in video using a skill I don't have anywhere. Its not one of my locked skills. Nor is it one I have unlocked. I don't know what the skill is called. I've come to the thought that maybe its locked behind a quest or something. But I don't know this game well enough to be able to tell. Does anyone know if any skills for wild soul is locked behind a quest. Or something, I've seen stuff about awakenings or something, does that give class skills? I really new and really confused how other people have class skills that I don't have. Can someone give answers?

Maybe it's the hyper skill(T key). You need to get to 1640 in order to unlock the quest that gives you access to your hyper awakening and skill.

Well, gluck and i hope your experience isn't as miserable as most peoples. Prepare yourself to spend more time googling answers that don't exist, studying youtube vids, and guides than actually playing or having fun. Oh, and lul when u decide to look for groups in discord cause they gonna be so fake friendly and recite things they've read while patting themselves on the back for thinking they helped you, but in reality want nothing to do with u and won't actually play with u cause ur too lowly, new and weak.

The best advice I can give you is not to play this game. It's torture in every way and it won't take you long to realize it.
