What happens to the skill perk Magick Amplification when you play Reflux ?

is the perk permanently active with reflux ?

You can't trigger magick amplification if using reflux.
You get permanent damage boost to all skills with reflux but can only use blink ability.

Reflux locks the magick amplification but gives you instead a flat dmg increase and also a cooldown reduction. So you become more mobile but trade of burst damage.
