Knowledge transfer

I'm looking for some clarification. So, i know you can do it 9 times per server total, but it doesn't specified that,if i use it to skip feiton/rohendel or any of the regions beside the basic 1-50,does it count towards that 9? Or i can use a full skip to Punika on one character without worrying? (Besides it costs gold)

you can do all of them 9 times, for all the ones past Vern, you need to do it manually one time to get one knowledge transfer. So if you level one character to Punika you can knowledge transfer one all the way. If you level up two to punika, you can knowledge transfer two. understand kinda? Its sorta hard to explain
