Disconnect during first Abyssal Dungeon

I disconnected during the last boss of the "Sea of Indolence" raid. When I reloaded and re-connected, the raid is over, there's only one person left in the room, and I'm told I can't collect the rewards. (There's only one guy left in the room just sitting there... I'm guessing he got disconnected too)

OK. So I try to queue up again. I can't. Because "Weekly entry count exceeded". So I want to try out the next raid. I can't. Because "Proceeding dungeon must be completed." Other than waiting around another week, what are my options? Is there an in-game support or e-mail function? Has this happened to anyone else?

You can try support. But because you disconnected, its most likely your stuck until the weekly reset on thursday.

u just have to wait 1 week

in game support doesn't deal with minor issues like this especially anything that doesn't involve using cash
