Unable to login

today i tried to login to lost ark after 2 month,but unfortunately i got a massage at start.it says 'server authentication failed. please try again.[10010]' then i tried to fix with searching in google and use those routes,but i still have this problem.i used other ip and vpn but stiil nothing.please help me its really annoying for me :((

Amazon tried to block the bots, but they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ legit players in the process. Didnt even stop the bots which makes it pointless. Amazon continue to show failure after failure by making things worse.

They blocked VPN's from being used.
get rid of your VPN and see if that works

I am gonna guess that you haven't tried everything to fix your problem and I am not sure exactly what you mean when you say "all routes". It sounds like you have tried playing with route settings on a VPN ... at a guess.

Don't get me wrong, I do think there is a resolution to your problem.

Here's a straight up question with a yes or no answer.
Have you removed all VPN's from your connection to the game ?

If you are adamant that you have removed your VPN from your PC you could try contacting your ISP and ask them if they are using a VPN on your connection.
Some ISP's will do this for all of their customers.
