pet is +10% additional crit stat e.g. 10% of 1000 is additional 100 crit stat not 10% crit chance
adrenaline is additional 15% crit chance on max stacks (lvl 3 engravig)

if you happen to have a gunslinger or deadeye in the party there should be a 100% uptime debuff on enemies that grants another +10% crit chance on them
some other classes like wardancer or gunlancer provide low uptime buff windows of +10-18 crit chance
if you manage to collect 12 awakening lostwind cliff card set you get another +7% crit chance when using it
so 39% is not that bad but not great either, depends on class
