Game wont launch (Icon doesnt appear)

My game wont launch no matter what I do, already verified the files even went as far as to reinstall everything over, but the same thing happens, the Easy Cheat loads, but the Lost Ark' Icon doesnt appear, checked my profiled and I WASNT ban.

I've got this exact same problem. Verified my files, and trying other things now... still the same issues. Had no problem before this patch.

Fixed this! Putting the fix here for anyone who still needs...

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Lost Ark\Binaries\Win64 - and on the files LAUNCH_GAME and LOSTARK right click, Properties, Compatibility, and check Run As Administrator. Then exit Steam, run steam itself as admin (right click on desktop shortcut, run as admin). Attempt to start the game in Steam NOW, and it should start. Then afterwards, you can remove those admin tics, and not start Steam in admin, and everything should work. I'm not sure if this is a permanent fix though.

Game only starts randomly. Started yesterday Mar 15. Just sits there saying it's running and adding to play time but never expands on screen. After anti cheat runs it just dies. Sometimes randomly starts if I just leave it sitting for like 10 minutes. I can tell it will work right away when Lost Ark mural pops up. Very disappointing.

Unfortunate. :( Make sure you are running all three as admin at the same time. Maybe something I did earlier helped too. (I earlier disabled EAC on startup, and then repaired/uninstalled it, before finally trying the Admin thing I mentioned.)
