Quests problems(Guardian of paradise & Blu blaze eyes: both missing Ninevah)

Im stuck! i need to complete last two my purple quest : !-Guardian of paradise 2- Blu blaze eyes. both quest send me to Ninevah in Whispering Islet but she is missing and i cant complete the quests.

Did you meet Ninevah before? If not you have to do the quests on whispering isle... If you allready have, maybe look through your quests. There are quite a few where she travels away from the isle (many of them were rapport quests-pink ones)

Ok guys, solved. I also took a rapport mission which moved the npc out of its location, after finishing the rapport mission it returned to its classic location and I was able to complete the previous missions.
