In-game store not working?
I'm trying to buy a month of aura, but when I click to buy nothing happens. I've tried buying with $ and with crystals, but nothing.

crystals worked for me, tried to buy the 6 month package and it didn't work

Two things need to be in place. Steam Overlay has to be turned on (and not blocked by Virus or Net Security). Also, must have the required amount in your Steam Wallet; cannot purchase direct, has to be through the Steam Wallet.

If both those criteria are met, I don't know. I purchased 30 days CA using Blue Crystals just a couple days ago (NA-West).

Still, no. I loaded $25 into my Steam wallet, and restarted the game (from within Steam.) I go into the Shop, click on the Essential tab, click Buy under the $9.99 30-day aura. The dialogue box opens with Item 1 grayed out, the price of $9.99 and no balance. I click Buy, a confirmation box opens asking if I want to buy 1, I click that and then nothing --- indefinitely. Am I suppose to wait forever? Or is there something else going on? BTW, I tried for the $19.99 with the same results. Yesterday, I was getting a "purchase failed" notice for that one.

I am having the same issue. Sent in a ticket to Amazon support and I will be submitting a ticket through Steam as well. Hope you can find a solution and I will let you know what I find.

what region are you playing in?

had no issue with blue crystal to aura 30 days after server maint ended on US West Valtan yesterday

This is not a Lost Ark problem. This is a Steam related problem. I was also unable to purchase anything in the in game store. What solved the issue for me was clearing the Steam Browser cache. Worked like a charm.

Here's what was suggested at another site that worked for me: Go into Steam and in the upper left hand corner click STEAM, then SETTINGS, then IN-GAME, and make sure the first box "Enable the Steam Overlay while in Game" IS CHECKED ON.

(In my case, in addition) Go into DISCORD, in the lower left hand corner of the screen, next to your name and ID, click the SETTINGS WHEEL ICON. Scroll to the near bottom of the LEFT HAND LIST to GAME OVERLAY. Make sure that the first setting, "Enable in-game overlay" IS CHECKED OFF.

The same was suggested to be done for NVIDIA, but I don't have that.

I guess the point is that only STEAM should be overlaying the game, and that any other program's overlay should be turned off.

This is exactly what I had to do including nvidia and now it works fine.

Steam replied, Amazon did not. Steam suggested checking that the overlay is actually working. For me, it was not. The default binding is shift+tab, but this conflicts with the in-game keybinds and would therefore not open properly. I suggest changing to crtl+tab, restarting the game, and verifying first that the overlay is working properly. This worked for me, I hope it helps others out there struggling with this.
