Can't buy crystalline aura in in game shop

Title says it all. Any ideas as to why? Want to buy it through "real" money and not other crystals and such.

Put money on Steam Wallet then attempt to buy through the store to be brought to the Steam Wallet through the Steam overlay. Make sure to have Steam Overlay enabled.

Thx for the hint. Steam Overlay is active. Still get "Purchase failed" error message.

Did you put money on your Steam Wallet? Just making sure everything was done correctly on your end. If so, make a ticket and send it in. I had no issues at all getting mine to work that way.

Sorry for the late response. I found the issue. Steam Overlay was active. Any other in game overlays like Discord or NVIDIA were disabled. The thing which solved my issue was clearing the Steam Browser cache. Afterwards buying crystaline aura worked like a charm. Thx for your support!

im having the same issue but with royal crystals, first transaciton went through but second time i tried , kept geting purchase failed. iv also tried clearing the steam web browser cache but still hasnt worked

I think they said something about purchase limits, but I can't recall 100%. You might look it up and see.
