When is even hours?

Can't see where to check but anyone knows when will appear?

It's for a quest I'm stuck with

2 am, 4 am, 6 am etc. 1 am, 3 am and 5 am would be uneven hours. Though with DST, who knows, they might have messed it up :P

Loosk in the top left of the screen, it shows the current time. Even hours are 2, 4, 6, 8 etc.

Cause I see no quests besides this one and guide ones

So youre only specifically online at odd hours? Thats... an very odd schedule :P
So youre never online at either 2:00, 4:00, 6:00, 8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00 or midnight?

It's even hours all day. You're not going just by the times in the example post above are you.

Guess what. I should be online in 1 days 13 hours and some minutes if I want to do some pointless boss (the amazing Adventurer's Tome content). There are many like these. There are timers, and if one can't play that hour... try again next time. It's weekly? The next week.
I just laugh and skip these. Another content I won't do ever. I'm glad if I got some free time here and there, not to be online at fixed hours. Worse than a job, because isn't even paid. Of course the boss won't even drop the things needed, so try again next time. Mind-blowing design.

Yeah, I'm really starting to see what a joke the design is. I noticed I had She Drifts, Sea Gifts as a daily so I decided to pick that since i am wanting to get the Astray. I knew it revolved around co-op sailing events so I went to the list to see when the next one was and saw they're only in the evening for at least today. WTF is that?

This game has absolutely no respect for one's time and that isn't even factoring in the obscene amount of RNG in it. I was at that maze island yesterday and saw how a freaking mokoko is behind RNG. I mean come on....what is it with non Westernized Koreans/and Asians when it comes to their love for RNG? Are they all gambling addicts or do they not gamble so this is their outlet to do so.

I'm still enjoying it yet I could see me growing tired of this sooner than later.
