What should i do with bug on blackfang rapport quest

I finished Blackfang's rapport quest "Her wounds", however when i tried to click NPC to have conversation, it said "You must complete the ***previous level*** of the rapport quest..."
I've checked "J", "Her wounds already" already completed...

!!!!!!!!!!!NOW, I can not have conversation or send gifts with NPC, the window poped up keeping asking me to finish the quest (and i don't have quest in my quest journal, that quest already finished)
What can i do with this bug?

Next quest is 190 i believe as stated above. Her Wound's isn't the last quest in the chain (if I recall, would have to double check her dialog tree).

There is a trick to 1 shot the NPC rapport like with Nia, i 1 shot NIA with really LOW charisma, kindness all these bs crap requirement. Look it up on youtube to not GET GATE KEEP

It said ---- you must complete the ***PREVIOUS LEVEL*** of the rapport quest...

Try looking at the bottom left corner of ur screen when u talk to her and see if there is a quest if not then IM NOT SURE as im only doing the IMPORTANT rapport npc and 1 shotting them so far NIA works even with my low stat requirements

ahhhh, i dont wanna take the next rapport quest... 1. i already finished the 1st quest, i did not take the next quest, and now I just wanna send gifts to NPC
BUT that bug keep telling me to finish quest 1st, but there is 0 quest with blackfang in the journal.

Its not the next rapport quest though, you can't give gifts either till its complete.

I'm having same type problem with Blackfang Rapport , i'm at 174/190 charisma . when i talk to Blackfang quest says i'm not trusted by her yet so i can't advance on the Astray completion. When i talk to her about rapport she says i can't accept Who Owns the Sea because i have already accepted it on a different character , or you do not meet its requirements . I'm playing one character only so it has to be my sorc.
The Rapport tab shows me at Blackfang {Amicable - level 2 } 201/11000

I'm stuck atm and can't get the Astray Manual to make the ship

It's not a bug your roster stats are too low to continue! Move on and come back in the future when your rosters stats are way higher!
