If possible, I tie the guild quest into the route for sailing dangerous waters (or whatever it was called).
A lobby game like call of duty would be more to your taste it seem, you clearly don't like RPG style game.
It's being an adult to know what fit your playstyle so you don't force yourself in something you don't like then complain on the forum about it.
I can only teleport to one location using that. I don't know whether more of those slots open up eventually, or whether that's in the cash shop only -- but even then, there don't seem to be enough slots for everything.
There are always the same islands on the routes between the continents... and once explored there's no reward anymore; the island just become mostly useless markers on the map.
Maybe play games you enjoy instead?
