different ships have different requirements, check online to find which one you want. Although the base ship is one of the best in game

You get the White Wind and Sturmbreacher given during the story.
The Brahms, Eurus, and Astray come from grinding those daily Una tasks.
Not sure about any of the other ones.

All other than story ones come from daily rep. Eurus comes from playing taxi at Peyto for half a month, Brahms from being a delivery boy on Lopang - one of few reps with several concurrent quest for a single bar so goes very fast, Tragon from afking in Hypnos arena, Astray from several different Blackfang simping dailies and a huge bribe, and Eibern's Wound from doing Ghost Ship for 12 weeks straight (or using Una tickets on it because it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥).

You need to get Lab level 2 to unlock ship research then get a boat load of pirate coins

Also, be aware that Ship Blueprints are for Upgrades, not building the ship itself.
