song of the deep sea

Any one else have this problem. on the quest song of the deep sea. did the entire raid (3 parts) last week and it did not complete. Today, ran again the sea of indulgence( first part of the 3 raids) , and still not progressing or complete. Already read another forum and did the whole verify" integrity of files" and still nothing. please help this is a purple chain and i cant get any progress on it. thank you
