legendary store mounts are faster than any other mount, even in the KR/RU version which has some mounts faster than the horse. the legendary store mounts will likely always be the fastest, so if you want the fastest you have to buy it from the store.

but in KR/RU version wee had quests to get other mounts that ARE faster than the horse, but i doubt any are in the NA version yet

obsolete. Mount speed differences were equalized. Now only the jump animation may differ but it's quite negligible given the context we use the mounts.
