like lvl 50 is soft cap and the levels after that just gives some bonus skill points but the leveling is very slow

im on lvl 50 and i did like 10% while playing 8 hours. There is a lot more stuff you can do after 50 to improve your char.

Does it actually feel like you start playing after lvl50? I'm 45 and it's still lineal stupid quest after quest.

The RPG in MMORPG stands for "role playing game." The standard for most RPGs includes a story. If quests are more a chore to you than it is entertainment, I suggest staying away from MMORPGs. MOBA, BR, strategy, puzzles, cards, too many types to name.
