What to do with useless ability stones

i got terrible luck and got 3 success in a row with 25% on red and 3 fails in a row with 65% and got a terrible ability stone nodes: 1/4/4. what can i do with this trash? the stone cutter said i could exchange them with the right npc but i cant find him any help pls

I have so many stones and no clue which oens are good for selling, keeping, dismantling. anyone have a table? heh
