island rewards once per server ??

I just got my alt to level 50 and item level 302 and wanted to do Dreamgull Island for the material rewards. But there are no Quests there.. so are the island Quests/Rewards once per server ?

could any one confirm that island quests are once per server ? or is it something I need to on my alt before unlocking island material quests ?

Purple quests are roster quests, so these are server-bound.

You can still get materials from the chaos dungeon if you have aura of resonance. 100 is good enough to get materials for 2 runs daily.

yea I do those and also the 2 boss hunt runs ( can't remember the name of it ) it gives ok materials.. was just thinking about those islands since they gave crazy amount of materials
