Cannot claim second Founder's pack

I bought founder's pack and claimed on a character, but I had to switch server to be able to play with my friends. As far as I know I should be able to claim a second founder's pack on my new character, but I can't and today afternoon is the deadline. It seems I got the aura and the store currency, but I can't claim the other rewards (mount, pot etc.) Do you have any idea why I can't claim the second Founder's pack?

Pretty sure they haven't sent them out yet. People had until sometime today to redeem their original stuff so I would assume they were waiting till the deadline before they start sending them out.

Probably getting sent today or later this week, no one has gotten it yet.

My founder's pack was in product inventory and I just claimed today for the second one. My question is if I need to use or this is enough to receive a second pack.

You fine already if you claim in the definitive server. You can claim just one pack per server.
