How long for server maintenance?

Currently playing in EU and some of the servers are offline but not all. Just wondering if its stated anywhere how long this would take if anyone knows

At 6:45pm PT/2:45am UTC we will be restarting the following servers.
Kadan
Zinnervale
Wei
Inanna
Thaemine
Antares
Ninevah
The downtime should be very short.

Problems since day 1
30% of time is maintenance
40% queue's with 1-25k

Crystalaura has gone.
Mails ingame gone gone
Dont even know what else gone

Compensation from mail gone :D
Twitch drops gone.
At same time not working 90% of time.

Soon my patience will be gone.
And I will write petition.
To Steam as Amazon partner.
To Start resolwing issue.

NO EVEn A DAY WITHOUT PROBLEMS.
Almost a week with constant issues.
WTF !!! IS GOING ON??

that website is a liar or my lost ark client is. either way still says in maintanence for me (kadan)

Yeah, website says all green on servers, but in-game still in maintenance....

In game it says my server is good but the moment i select my Character it kicks me out of the game with error code: [GOx9-SPELPWP1P2NT]
