where do you get these things..not alot of info out there on this

When you are in your stronghold and you select one of the tool crafting recipes, it shows the ingredients you need. Now hover over those ingredients and it will literally tell you what merchant sells them or if you need to craft them yourself.
I was also wondering for a while, but it literally tells you :D
