Where do I find the "[Trader] Excavating" NPC?

I am trying to find it to buy or make 'Craft Kit's so I can make better trade skill tools.

So, as I thought the fkin craft kit! you get it in platinum fields, if you do excavate you find an amulet that lets you interact with an obelisk(npc text also pops up saying yo do it for the loot) and you get that ♥♥♥♥ from it! Plat field ticket is a random drop when you gather.

this is not a "trader" NPC, its wrong translated as a "trader" should be "life skills" and by this means, you can get it by low chance from life skilling or gathering at the profession you like.
