60 FPS lock
Why? Why would you do this? I see no vsync option. Tried in borderless and fullscreen. No FPS cap forced from my GPU driver.

How do I uncap the FPS?

I play this game at 200+fps, all I did was disable Vsync. Not sire what is going on for you

Where is vsync? I can't find it under video.

type this in the game launch options
+fps_max unlimited

The reason why you're fps locked in 60fps is because of your monitor's refresh rate, the game unfortunately auto locks it. the one I typed above will unlock it when you're in fullscreen. I don't get why the devs didn't include the vsync checkbox in the settings since there's one in other regions. Hopefully they fix this in the future, and hope my suggestion works in your end.

So right click on game in steam library, properties, general, under LAUNCH OPTIONS typed "+fps_max unlimited" without quotes.

Made no difference. Game still locked at 60 for me.

Check out your AMD/NVIDIA control panel.

I did. It's not locked in there. I'm getting 100+ FPS in other games.

I tried borderless and fullscreen. Still locked.

Some had the same issues when the RU version launched and found that often than not it was due to their screen refresh rate, If you have a 60hz monitor it sets it to 60.. 120hz sets to 120 etc etc so if you have a higher than 60hz monitor make sure it is actually set to higher in your gpu control panel.

60hz monitor?

Yes. But in other games the FPS can go over 60. The problem with having a game locked at 60, is that it limits the power of my GPU. So when something big and flashy happens the FPS suddenly drops to the 30s or 40s for a few seconds.
