Banned for Code of Conduct - Please Help

I believe I was wrongly banned for having an extra platinum founders pack. I originally purchased the platinum founders pack with 1 click purchase on Amazon, it turns out that the card was used was not my own and was my brother since we share the same account. I quickly asked to have the game refunded when I realized the payment method used was not my own. When the game was refunded and DLC was revoked from my steam account, I used the correct payment method to purchase the game. On Amazon.com when you purchase a preorder game it uses the default payment method which was not my card originally and the only way to change it was to go into payment method and do it manually. I proceeded to claim the new code on the same steam account not knowing I would be be receiving a second set of platinum founder package. The 7000 crystals that were dispersed was not touched and was ultimately removed. I do not understand why the crystals were removed but the package was not. I never planned to exploit any loopholes, but was banned anyways after the maintenance. I have even since loaded the account with 12000 crystals and have bought the vanquisher package which is not refundable. This careless mistake has cost me my account which does not seem to be right when there are people actively duping twitch items and founders pack still roaming around free.

I want to say I in no way planned to exploit the game, nor did I know what was going to happen when I applied the second platinum founders package. I would not mind if they removed any duplicate item from my account or charge me again for the platinum founders package once more if that would make things right. I progressed my character the way I liked and would rather not start from the beginning. I would also like to point out the fact that neither Smilegate or Amazon Games ever mentioned that there would be bans over this, and neither instructed its’ player base on what to do with duplicate founder’s packages.

You could believe what you want but not everyone's family is the same. My brother doesn't like me spending his card because of limit reasons. If I really wanted to exploit the situation, would I have left the items there and the crystals untouched? If I knew, do you think I would have applied another valid key onto the account? I even said I wouldnt mind if they removed all the dupes and even charge me for the extra founders if they well please.
