Download problem

I try to install the game but although it seems downloading it doesnt. It is stuck at same percentage. I tried to uninstall and reinstall again and again but It doesnt seem to work. Anyone else having same issue?

Exactly the same issue I am experiencing at the moment. Are you able to find any solution?

It's downloaded, but the read and unpacking for Steam is awfully slow.

Haven't found a fix so far. I keep restarting steam and sometimes i get a few seconds of downloading with 6 MB/s and then it stops again

Guys, there is a 70+gb of installing going on with the DISK USAGE (a bit further right frow download, and it shows you a green line), and it is on 54/58gb of pre-download. Stop restarting your steam and let it work. Average disk usage speed for me is about 15mb/s, as of 70gb it will take a while. Maybe it's cause of steam, maybe cause im a poor pleb and installed it on HDD instead of SSD.

EDIT.
Once disk usage "installs" the game up to 60+gb, download starts again. So be patient and wait.

Aaaaaaaand once it's done, now it's veryfing those 70+GB AGAIN using the disk usage...

After verifying, im in the char creation screen, good luck, champs. And be patient! It will install eventually.

If you enter the download details (pressing on xx GB out of XX GB blue bar) it enters the download details. Inside you can see that download is acutally in progress. On main Steam page it shows me 92% and stuck, but my PC and internet have big usage so I figured out that something is working. When I entered downlaod details it showed me my progress of 20% (despite main steam page saying 92%).

The disk should have activity recorded, yet there is nothing in the log. It is in idle when it gets stuck.

It is now verifying, but before that it was installing.

Same here. Disk usage is up and my internet is working fine, but the Lost Ark download is stuck at 0 B/s. Never experienced this with another game before. Pre-loaded the game 100%, or so I thought. Now it says I have downloaded 54,1 GB and it is stuck on that number.

Hope it is not a problem using this thread with my download issue.
And hope for some tips and guides to may improve my issue, or if I just have to deal with it.
I am having an almost 30GB Update I need to downlaod to be able to enter my game again.
I am clicking the Update button, I downlaod for several and several hours. I download everything from 15 to 25 GB and I get to the point of not bothering more of it, and turn off my machine.
Next day I turn on again to further the downlaod and finiish it. The problem however, is, when turning on the Computer, getting on Steam to continue the downlaod, it does not continue to downlaod from where it left off, which in most cases is the case.
No, it begins from total scratch again, from zero, from nada,and then I have to download ALL of the data. Again. So all those 19GB I downloaded the day before, is completely wasted.

Is it anything I can do to prevent this??! Very frustrating when there are these huge gigantic Updates.
