Man, i didn't even create one. All the servers on my region are block, wtf?

It's to "incentivise" people to go to the new servers instead. They're going to slowly open up the main servers again, but you have to understand; streamers and their tremendous bootlicker brigades all swarmed the hell out of servers on the first day of prerelease. Either play on the dead new servers, or don't play and wait for space to open on the lively servers.

As the only one in my friend group to not be on the server, I'm sadly left behind. It didn't help that Steam's handling of the files was total horse dung, but still.

In what region are you located?

I am located at South America and all the servers are blocked even the ones that has a ''good'' status

My friend cant create a char on any south america servers too

In South America doesn't even let you to create a character, It's really weird, It says like I have created too many but literally It's my first time launching the game

Guess we will have to wait until they decid to open the servers, even the new ones are blocked, all that hype and they cant even manage doing a decent launch smh

I just have one server available, on NA, i'm from SA. I'm wondering if i create one there, i can't collect the drops in the character that i will create on SA, do you know something about this?
