Texture loading issues?

Hi,

I wanted to know if it is maybe something on my end or its an issue with the game, but when teleporting to either of the major cities, the FPS drops to like 30-40 and the textures are all blurred and take a good 10 seconds to pop in before the FPS stabilizes. My game is installed on a samsung 970 pro

System specs:
Strix 3080
Ryzen 9 5900x
32gb gskill trident z 3600 cl16

Hey bud - I don't have those issues at all, I play on Windows 11, Ryzen 9 3900X 4Ghz, RTX3090, 32GB 3200mhz almost the same as you. What I've done is:

- Play the game in full screen, not borderless
- High quality settings
- I use DX11, you could try DX9
- Motion Blur off
- Have latest Nvidia drivers 511.65
- In Nvidia CP I have capped the game to 60fps
- In Nvidia CP choose "Maximun Performance" - not "Normal"
- In Nvidia CP under "PhysX" choose your graphics card, not "Automatic"

Runs butter smooth for me, 15+ hours in with no issues. Try it, it might help, it might not. PC build and hardware + drivers are different for everyone, this was just my 2 cents on it. Good luck, have fun
