you can change the ui size, how it is to small even on my 28 4k display i can read everything easy with just 100% standart scaling

yeah the UI size is set to max but it doesnt affect the size of the text for me

ill try get a screen shot next time i boot the game up

I am short sighted and this tiny text is unreadable for me a lot of the time

I agree with you, this cheap font they used is way too thin, probably designed for those korean letters and it makes the game look like a cheap chinese mobile game.

For Chat Text, right click the text tab where it says 'Normal' and select chat options. Change font size there

For UI, it is in settings for UI %

For Windows 10 it is Start > Settings > Ease of Access > Display

Can also hold down ctrl+ and scroll the middle mousekey on webpages to increase size of text

I already said that i had set the UI scale to max, it does nothing to the text and the windows options for text scaling dont affect the game text.
I tried to set the game to 720p to see if it would make the text bigger but all it did was make it really blurry, the game doesnt use exclusive full screen

make sure motion blur is on, it actually takes off depth of field
