Changing Skill Tree

One of the welcome challenges is "Changing Skill Trees" I went to the skill menu and did what it said but it didn't complete the task.

Same. Went to the Skill window, changed the points distribution multiple times and saved each time. No completion. Bugged?

you need to get one of the skilsl to lvl 4 and unlock the circle things on the right ( forgot what it was called sorry lol)

I didn't see anything about lvl 4 but it did eventually pop the further I progressed.
