If you want a different version, you will have to go elsewhere.
This is correct. If you want to play the russian version you can. I did a couple times. There are tutorials online. I had to make a mail.ru account and download the game while connected to a VPN to Russian IP if I remember correct.

I feel the same. It would be much better if they stop region restrictions and let people pick any server they want. All western games are region free but asians always try to restrict us. What kind of business model is that? If you want to get profits let people access your game freely.
In this case it's a F2P game, so see no reason why they chose to block people from getting the EU version. It would be very expensive for them who chose to do so if they want to buy skins etc with the EU prices. Same income for Amazon, just letting people chose. But that's how it is these days, unfortunately That means I "can't" play it, or won't.
