My character slots gone??

Decided to give the game another go and returning after a year to see that all of my characters are in universal storage which is np. But I wanted to start new one and can't because I have to move them out of the storage. Which I can't because I don't have enough character slots? huh? I managed to use two but 3 are missing ? had to delete one character already. What is this... checked mail and everything but I don't see no character slots. How does this make any sense, where did my 3 extra slots go o.O wtf elp pls

So you had 9 character slots?
There was a server merge, if you had multiple characters on multiple servers that were merged you cannot remove all of them from universal storage unless you buy character slots for them.
You can freely move them in and out tho but you can only do gold raids on 6 still.... not sure if they are locked each week after you do a gold raid tho.

If you had bought 3 character slots, the character slot tickets should be somewhere I believe they are in your universal storage ingame...just hope you didnt delete the character it was on, maybe contact support if you cant find them.
