Bought Platinum, Key does not work

Bought the platinum.. It showed up in my library. I was then emailed a key just now. Usesd it..and it says I already have the package but wont let me download tech alpha. For others, it is working.

I'm fairly certain that this issue is only for those that pre ordered and had the game sitting in our libraries prior to downloads being turned on. Personally I pre ordered via steam. I'd refund and repurchase the game to test this theory but FUNNILY ENOUGH steam does not allow refunds of this pre order because it contains "consumable content".

The problem is the Plat pack owners sir. The rest can download it fine. Us plat founders can't download it :(

Also went with #3 (silver tier). I see the game in my library but have no install option.

Windsard, majority of the issue is the 3rd path. We pre order on steam and already have the game in our library as Lost Ark Closed Technical Alpha, but there is no download button. If we try to activate a product key in steam from our Alpha key from our email, it says that "This Steam account already owns the product associated with this activation code. Click Next to proceed to installation." There is no next button but only Back and Finish button. After clicking on finish, couple of seconds will pass and an error code will pop up saying "Steam failed to install" (connection time out).

3rd Path for me (founder pack) and no install button here either.

I also purchased the Platinum version through Steam and while the Alpha Test is in my library, there is no option to download/install it.

Purchased Platinum version through steam AND signed up on site with my amazon account. I tried putting in the code from the email and it said it is already in my library, but the pre-download is grayed out.

There is no Download/Install button in my library either, but I have the game (obtained through Steam Silver Founder Pack.

Exactly the same for me. All of it , probably others have the same aswell.

I had signed up for the alpha, but then bought the founders pack which got added to my steam library right away, but does not have the install button. I also received a key in my email which I assume is related to signing up online via Amazon. Just wanted to add what I experienced, seems the ones that purchased via Steam are the ones that do not have the install option.

same problem got the key by registering but cant add it because of the founder platinum pack... so i cant even download the alpha by founder / and key because already have it by founder... interesting
