Reflux Sorceress, Conviction and Judgement Assignment Tip

I have ran into SOME mana issues in T3 so I figure it's time to put these two legendary runes to work and not just on my bard which I feel would be a waste.

ANYHOW, so skills that come into mine are BLAZE, Estoteric Reaction, Rime's Arrow and Frost's Call.

Which one u think? You guys know it more than I do so I try to pick your brain.

So far I have CONVICTION on Frost's Call and JUDGEMENT on Estoteric since they have about the same cooldown numbers and they hit multiple times.

I put mine into frost's call and esoteric reaction. Blaze in my opinion should always be equipped with the bleed rune for almost 100% uptime to maximize dps.

And it procs good? I tried the the same ones u got (as mentioned in original post) but I'm having a tad bit issue getting it to proc though I gotta test it out some more.

Do you have judgement in estoteric as well?
