How do I select the third option in this scenario?

While completing a quest with Thirain, there's a quest reply choice that says "100 Required" of some stars or something. What is that? How do I get it?

Can't see your screenshot but it usually applies you have to get more wisdom/charisma/courage/kindness to select that option.

As pointed out above guessing you mean virtues. You can get them many ways, doing things that give potions that give 10, getting titles and achievements... and one of the easiest ways to get a lot quickly is from skins.

I see that this was about Charisma points. I appreciate the suggestions on how to accumulate virtue points! Just watched a video about it now.

Edit:
Yay! With freely obtained skins alone (that I didn't realize wasn't character bound, but rooster bound :D) I managed to raise my Charisma exactly 15 points, which is just what I needed <3

Theres a way to skip needing these points, you give the character enough items all at once to to reach 100%.

This mean you do not have to do the quest... which do give free rep points along with virtues points, and some of the quest are little story quest that some people liked doing.
You can always go back and do these quest later once you have the points.

I think a few characters need over 400 points, and some need 200+ of multiple points, I haven't done them in awhile.
