Trust status ?

Hey, I came back on this game but I need to have the trust statue. I Just put steam guard on, then but some cristal in the shop but i still don’t have trust status. Can someone help me ?

Lost Ark has its own trusted status. Contact their support from their website or their discord, they have nothing to do with Steam.

I'm a super new player who just spent roughly 40 hours in this game. I'm currently at level 43. Due to I can't spend much time a day for gaming, it took me 15 days to reached that 40 hours. Some friends of my mentioned about something call Power Pass, which can help you skip a lot of progress in game. Now here's the problem, the system told me that I need the " Trusted status " to use that Pass, but its' been 15 days and I still remain " not trust ". I've contacted with Support team, they told me to link my STEAM account with their Amazon's one and I did it, but nothing happened then. After a long journey on that roller coaster, they wanted me to wait 4 weeks more so " the system can evaluate my account trust " and keep guarantee that all those evaluate are done none-manual and ask me to keep waiting. At this very much point, I wonder should I keep playing or not.

Well people cried over bots and this is one of the ways they came up with to stop the bots from getting power passes.

The game was more enjoyable when there were bots, they don't even accept new players who have sworn to finish their own games, the ending of the game is very bad, I can't find groups in the dungeons, the game is very bad. It was beyond scary.I contacted them and they gave me the same answers. They are completely worthless. We cannot intervene manually. What do you mean? Do they think we are stupid? My account has been closed for 3 months.
