I got a false botting Level 5 ban.

I haven't been on my account in 120 days, I tried to log on today and got a notification that I had been banned for Cheating/botting. Below is what I said in my appeal and their response. I have almost 500 hours in this game, which I know is nothing for some people but that's still a lot of time that I put into this game. I haven't used any cheating/botting software so I don't know how my account got flagged. I'm aware that it says you only get one shot to appeal but since that didn't work is there anything I can do or is the account just a loss now?

"Hi! I'm not sure why my account was banned for botting, I haven't been on my account in 120 days (I asked one of my friends to check the last date that I was online). I spend most of my time on lost ark doing islands and collectables because I'm trying to finish my tome. My husband does also play this game on his computer on his own account so we do have two different accounts in the household. The first account I ever made was on NA east i believe, that is what it auto put me in because I am from Texas (my husband also made an account on NA east). However it turned out that one of our friends who lives in Cali had already been playing this game for awhile and wanted us to switch to his server so that is what we both did. My Ban notification said that my ban had been reviewed but I'm really unsure on what could have caused anyone to believe that I was cheating in anyway. I have put so much time into this account and would really hate to lose it when I haven't done anything against the COC. Thankyouforyourtime"

Hi i have the same message i have 35 hours which is really nothing, i just got a powerpass after my relog since 150 days i played 4 days and then got banned for cheating/botting level 5, i'm not a cheater or botter at all, i respect the multiplayer beacause i play multiplayer games and i know cheating in multiplayer is a probleme for other players and for the game in general, so NO i never cheated and i mad an appeal that was denied, this game was my favorite and the one that i was hyped the for at his beggining, i even played the russian version before the EU, and getting ban hurt me a lot..... sorry dude i can't help you i can just hope they will reverse this ban....

I'm sorry this happened to you as well. I tried contacting amazon games support/live chat and they pretty much told me tough luck but someone my husband was playing with said it happened to their friend and that they were able to get the ban lifted after contacting them through email. I wasn't able to find a email or phone number for amazon games anywhere so I ended up just calling the normal amazon number and asked if she could put me in contact with anyone and she gave my email and number to someone that could help and informed me that they would reach out to me in the next four hours thru email or phone call so hopefully that works lol. Just wanted to let you know in case you want to try to get the ban lifted by going that route.

(update) They also pretty much told me tough luck lmao. I responded to their email that they had sent me which included a link to the appeal site and I replied that I had already done so and that they denied it. To which they replied pretty much the same thing they said in first email which is to appeal and wait for them to review it. I asked in the next email if there was anyone who could help further since my appeal was already reviewed and denied and if I could please talk to them and they said "Continuing to Harass/Spam support may result in additional further account penalties."
