Cannot connect to the server. [EAC Offline]

Im experiencing this on a single server only in the entire game, i stopped playing the game for a year now and i wanted to return, thus, my friends told me there was a merger happened to the servers and my new server’s name is Arcturus.

So everytime i try to join the game , i found my characters in the universal storage, i got my friend to collect them to the server since i only get that Annoying DC, and still everytime im opening it and clicking launch on any character i get the message written in the subject above

I switched realms/cluster and went from central europe to west north america and tried a server there and it worked perfectly , i returned back to Central Europe and chose even another server than Arcturus and it worked perfectly , except the server that has all ky characters is always DCing with the same message EAC offline

I tried every single method of solution available online either on google or youtube
From verifying integrity and repair eac services to flushing DNS

I even asked my friend to open ky account and log in and it worked with him but not me
My internet speed is high fiber optic speed and if it was an internet connection it wont open the other servers

I seriously dont know what to do any more , i’ve been frustrated with this annoying EAC issue for the past 3 days now

Please HELP !!!

SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Lost Ark\Binaries\Win64\EasyAntiCheat and run EasyAntiCheat_setup. From there uninstall all builds of EasyAntiCheat, then verify integrity of game files of Lost Ark on Steam, if it doesnt reinstall EAC reinstall it from that folder

I just did what you wrote specifically and it didn't work as well, still the only server that is refusing to connect and giving me this error message and other servers are working perfectly

Are you using a VPN, not sure why it would only be blocking 1 server but try disabling the VPN if so

....have you restarted your computer in the last 3 days, if not restart it.

Also have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, it sounds like its an issue with the game files linked to your characters. verifying games files fixes that most of the time but if it doesnt you might need to reinstall the game.

No im not using a VPN
I did everything you said already before writing this post
- assigned a static IP
- forwarded ports 18887-18903
- i removed the game and reinstalled it
- i removed steam and reinstalled it
- i removed my windows and re installed it along with steam and the game
- i closed my antivirus and firewall
- i closed router’s firewall
-i added exception on the router itself and firewall with the exact ports
- i repaired EAC , unsitalled it and reinstalled it
- i verified integrity and revivified it again
- i restarted ky computer for the past 3 days more than 15 times in each process
- i flushed my dns and edited with registry
- i used public dns

I did everything man
EVERYTHING!! :/

Have you tried making a character and playing it on another server.

Yeah idk have you tried contacting support? Or even posting the issue on the discords under bugs tab. I wouldn't let them know you had your friend log onto your account.

It still sounds like it's a file issue, but if you even reinstalled windows it can't be.
