Today, I am writing to you with astonishment about the recent events that have deeply affected me and many people in the forum. It's frustrating to be banned and have my appeal rejected due to allegations of bot-like behavior, leaving me feeling unfairly targeted and misrepresented.

The Lost Ark has become alarming lately; Real gamers like me are caught in the crossfire of automated systems designed to combat bot behavior. It is disheartening to see that the use of such automated systems leads to the alienation and unfair treatment of players who have done nothing wrong.

Being falsely accused and then being denied the opportunity to defend myself was a truly traumatic experience. Moreover, witnessing an increasing number of players facing similar unfair situations further increases the feeling of frustration and helplessness.

It's clear that Lost Ark's reliance on automated systems to enforce rules causes more harm than good; because not only does it fail to target bots effectively, it also unfairly penalizes legitimate players.

Everything OP said is true. AGS is failing hard at banning bots but succeeding in banning real players and alt accounts. Mains as well too.

Seen a lot of users who said they were banned get unbanned so guess AGS is doing something right.
If people stay banned then I guess we know it was true ban I suppose.

Seen so many people on steam discussions have same issue as well as disorcd.

As if a person running a bot farm is gonna try and get a ban overturned.

I guess alot of people on this planet don't have a brain and like to jump to their own conclusions. The self validation these people need is actually pathetic.

I think you're living in a fantasy world. It's not accurate to be so confident in your assertions. I've heard that false bans have been lifted, but I've also heard that just as many false bans haven't been lifted. We all want bots gone from the game, but it needs to be done without harming real players

What do you know that ags doesn't when dealing with these bans people claim are false?

AGS should just keep banning real players. They should focus more on the ones that spend money so those individuals can charge back and finally get steam to notice that the bozo's over at AGS are banning real people and slapping them with fake level 5 botting violations.

AGS is lost they don't know how to properly detect bots that's why this game is flooded with them.

You know why AGS auto-ban system is sus? Log in the game see the swarm of bots running freely, anyone says that their auto-ban system working fine is on hi copium 😂

Just to add that recently because of these bots the server become so much overloaded that people experience ramdom high ping and the game become so unplayable even chaos dungeons are being crippled.

They dont have a system at all, they are just point fingers at random accounts
