I doubt they will unban you through steam discussions
No one is trying to be unbanned here. And maybe don't throw accusations around so easily? I've seen people like you on other posts saying the exact same thing. It doesn't matter if the person is low roster or high roster.
And did you even read what i typed? I was banned already for a chargeback issue with steam and was unbanned for a day before being banned AGAIN but this time for BOTTING BEHAVIOR.
The automatic system detects it your BEHAVIOR. What you've been doing, how you move, what raids you do, etc. My account has been inactive for 2 weeks. And then suddenly there was a spike of activity, including dailies spammed.
You want to consider that botting with ur negative IQ, i don't really care. I made that discussion to see if there is anyone else in my shoes and to bring awareness to an obvious issue that has been going on since 2022.
P.S.
There is a post from Roxx, a lost ark moderator, back in 2023, who stated that there was a massive ban wave that falsely banned many people, which was later reversed. If that had happened, what makes you think it hasn't happened again??
You got banned for chargeback and got unbanned. You didn't learn your lesson and you abused the system. Now this is your excuse. "I dinnduu nun" typical
Do you even know what a chargeback is??? xDDDD
I'm not shocked at new accounts being treated as such, but it's so weird they would do that to an account like mine. It's even weirder that this is NOT the first time that amazon has done this. I've known many people personally that were banned unfairly and then unbanned after the appeal, as I am sure the same will happen to me. My account will either ways be unbanned as I have done nothing wrong. But the process is HORRENDOUS and SO TIRING. They need to fix their whole support team.
Okay, banned for a chargeback and you say you have sorted that out.
So is the purpose of this thread for you to rage in the forum or something else ?
Perhaps you have not realised the rules by which we all abide while playing Lost Ark, I could reiterate some of those rules for you but honestly I think you are just too angry at the moment to see reason.
Careful doing those sorts of things, as you should understand by now AGS do not look fondly on that happening and it may be the reason for your ban in Lost Ark.
What type of reaction do you think Valve will have if you try that little trick on them, repeatedly. You have admitted to doing it once to steam and AGS, mistake or not you are telling us it happened, do you think there might be a penalty for doing it repeatedly.
At the end of the day, your upset and that's understandable. My advice would be to take a breath, step away for a while and let the anger subside. Consider your next step carefully and without anger effecting your view.
Chillax dude, enjoy the easter break.
I know what you mean but what I've realised is a chargeback issue is with STEAM and not lost ark or AGS. I actually wish that AGS is involved in my first ban because I wouldn't have been banned the second time. And im fine I've been banned for 2 days so all the anger is just gone. It is frustrating but w,e.
Also i've noticed they are now banning based on your activity. again, im not the only one who got banned unfairly and this isn't the first time they do a waveban UNFAIRLY and then unban everyone. Their whole system is flawed.
There are a few threads recently with people complaining about being banned. I have looked into a couple myself and in my opinion the one's I have looked into certainly seem justified.
I should point out that I do not work for Valve nor Amazon Gaming Systems so I do not have access to the tools they would to be able to determine where any fault may lie and I can only base my assessments on what is posted here and elsewhere.
The 'waveban' you refer to is detailed in the pinned post and detailed in that thread well enough.
The tool used by Lost Ark for security is Easy Anti Cheat (EAC) and AGS can have it 'cranked up' to be more secure but it is a third party piece of software so in a case where they want to thoroughly validate things they may well need to contact them and have a report sent back for AGS to review.
This may take time and if there are public holidays involved this may extend the time it takes to review an appeal and may account for the slow response you are feeling.
The system may well be flawed as you say but that is the system in place. We are not dealing with a court of law where innocence is presumed but rather innocence needs to be proven before it is declared.
Try to find something else to do with your time while you await a response to your appeal and try not to fixate on this issue, play some music, chat with some mates, have a few drinks over a barby. Enjoy the weekend and maybe next week you will get news about your appeal.
Roll with it .....

Try to enjoy.
I've been doing that for 2 weeks now and next week will mark 3 weeks. There is one thing I am genuinely worried about. Lately, as I've mentioned, they are not banning based on the softwares used, as EAC can detect softwares but not all of them are detectable. Some clash with EAC and bug it out, like opening Riot Client for example, makes EAC super buggy, and other programs are treated as "Cheats".
What happened with me wasn't titled "Cheating: Known cheat program detected" rather it was "Cheating: Botting Behavior". It literally means that in the day that i was unbanned, I was caught showing "abnormal behavior" that a bot will show.
My worries come down to what happens AFTER I am unbanned. Because I was inactive for over 2 weeks, then I suddenly became active, cramping so many dailies all in 1 day, that triggered the EAC to detect "abnormal behavior". When I am eventually unbanned, I'm scared I'm going to get banned again for the same issue, because I will be inactive for so long, then I will come back and cramp all of my dailies and weekly raids in 1 day, that may trigger EAC again to automatically ban me.
EAC unfortunately cannot detect all cheating programs that are being used, which resulted in the current issue that AG has created. They ban you based on your behavior, not based on if you have a cheat installed or not.
The appeal AFTERWARDS shows whether you are indeed a bot/using a cheat or not. That's why I am confident I will be unbanned since I have never used anything before.
My frustration lies with AGS and their unreliable support team. Everytime i speak to someone, they never have information. Heck I asked them if the AGS will take an extended Easter holiday therefore my appeal will take longer to be looked at, and they still DIDN'T KNOW.
I got swept up in a bot ban wave, not problem, it happens. But their support system is awful.
Also the nostalgia this brings back gave me goosebumps xD
Glad you felt something other than anger for at least a little while with that clip.
It may be all about the wording when dealing with some staff.

Have a laugh this weekend and await your response from support.
