Returning Player ! Can't Create a new Charakter ?????

Iam confused i was coming back to try and play the new Class but right now i have seen there was some sort of server merge. The first problem is they didnt gave me as much Charakter slots as i have Charakters wtf didnt i payed for all of the slots before !? and yes they ahere all on the same server...

But my bigger problem is cant create any new charakter at all why or do i need to do something specific ???? i dont want to start entirly fresh on a different server... sadface

If you have a character on universal storage from other servers you have to get it out from it,than you are allowed to create new ones.Same issue happened to me thats why i know

His paid for extra char slots will also be there for him to claim.
I have read in other threads on this forum that there are several places to go and claim all the items. A quick forum search by the OP will provide all the information for him.
