Returning player, missing content

Wtf happened to the game, I wanted to start playing again and while I was checking stuff out I noticed that my entire card collections has gone poof ... so much for returning

Look inside your universal storage in your card menu.

If you returned and were on a server which go merged, all your belongings are still there:
-Characters are in a character store, just pick them out and return them to the roster
-Cards, Gems, Chests whatever was in the inventory is in the universal inventory. Has to be removed one time (sucks) and sorted again (sucks even more), but is still there
