Make or find permanent group or as you said, quit.
No way I would play this game as a solo player. Even with solo raids coming.
I have missed guild raids before. Tried joining a pug. It just sucks. Even if the raid goes well, it sucks. No offence to all the solo players.
Like going to the movies alone. Even when you're surrounded by people, you're still alone.
You don't need to find 7 people right away. You start with 2 or 3, make a raid group and invite strangers. If the raid goes well or you spot individuals you want to continue playing with, ask them, talk to them. You would be surprised how many are eager join a static raid group.
This is MMO 101.
clear case of a troll reply that does not know about the game. roster lv 55 is clearly a new player, and most veteran with high roster level 200+ dont want to play with them due to inexperience and can cause a raid wipe
This game is anything but new player friendly. Either have 7 friends or wait for solo raid next month
I'm going to respectfully disagree with you.
The literal definition of New is "not existing before; made, introduced, or discovered recently or now for the first time".
Being level 55 and having an ilvl in the thousands is not "new". I know you think I made some kind of troll post, but you are objectively incorrect on what a "new player" would be. If I installed the game and made a "new" Gunslinger, I would be level 1 OR if someone just purchased the game and started "new", they would not have anything and be a much lower everything.
All of this is besides the point. This game has a tutorial and a trial/preview of what classes you could choose. It also explains "most" character mechanics, as well.
You are a "new player" compared to Veterans,
no matter the definition, it's all relative.
You dont know what the fk you are talking about and have no idea about the game so just better shut up for your own good. This is a raid focus end game, any roster under 150 are considered newbie regarless.
Also your roster lv 1 is an idiot take, there is a power pass and event that can take anyone that start the game to roster 100 and 1520 gear lv immediately but these player regarless are still considered new by the community.
If you not ever play the game, and also dont know about the endgame situation and how it impact a new player, just shut up and dont give out trash advice.
You obviously have never played the hard endgame content in Lost Ark, or other MMORPGs known for raiding such as WoW or FF14, otherwise you would very well be aware of all of the issues and not defend it, just because you did not have a problem collecting collectibles and playing the story.
It is completely okay if you are talking about the story experience and doing some casual content (even though LA sucks horribly in that regard in comparison to some other games) , but this discussion is obviously about endgame raids.
Therefore your whole argument is besides the point.
Don't you mean they won't allow the game to be played in some countries like Cuba, Iran etc?
Mate why are you like this? The person was respectful to you and courteous, but you had to respond in a nasty way? Are you not capable of just speaking normally to people? You may not agree with others but you don't have to be like that in response, you lose the argument being that way.
