Is the game dead/worth getting into now?

I played on release, im aware its a pay to win game filled with bots, but man game had sutch a potential, combat made Diablo 4 look like a joke, how is it now?

You should look up last night loan event, I was going to tell you tat the game is dead/dying but then they announced all the extensive changes coming to the game which is season 3 that it might just save lost ark again, including the fact you can solo dungeon and so on. Kinda overwhelming with all the new changes coming which is the focus and thus they listened to the playerbase

Yeah I was watching streamer yesterday and somebody mentioned that lost ark is "saved" and that there are huge changes, I assume it's still going to be p2w

Game was only P2W in PvP GVG which is being removed. You can spend 100k on the game and still "lose" to a F2P player on in a raid, also this is a co-op game.... you can pay to advance quicker if you cannot stand to wait 2, 4, or 6 maybe 8 week max after new content releases before you can play said content which is in the form of hardmode. You can compare HM to say mythic raids in WoW or Ultimate or even some Savage raids in FFXIV something one a very small portion of the player base dose, or the majority of player do it months after it releases.

In the upcoming months we will get T4 which is a soft reset where a lot of your T3 items transfer over and the new items have built in pity systems along with you just get 6x3 without needing a stone of gear other than books.

T4 starts at 1620, honing to 1580 has been nerf and maybe up to 1620 we dont know yet.

honing to 1540 cost no gold

new moko even goes to 1600 with sup to 1620

Solo content up to voldis, its said you get less gold which might just be in the form of all lower content raids are having their gold nerf, or solo content might give less gold but they give more mats for honing.

all characters in T3 get 5x3 and lv 7 gems so you dont have to use gold to gear you can use it to hon

You should make a character now and use the moko even and power pass so you can then push it higher with the other pass coming or use the other pass to make a 2nd character
Theres a chance we get solo content in like 8 days or it might not be until next month, we will know everything on Monday

Im wondering what about dailies weeklies? Does it still feels like a secont job you have or did they make the system better? What about the upgrade system for your gear still the typcial korean thing with failing and losing all your mats you farmed for?

Dailies is the Carrot and stick for the Rice Farmers who think they can compete with a Creditcard.

They are a necessity for a Games with this type of business model.

combat and skins are the only good things about this game, the rest are total garbage.

People need to just play games and make their own opinions, I hate how nowadays nobody has an opinion for themselves. Streamers are content creators to gain views, and revenue, do you honestly think your getting a normal persons opinion? No. No, you're not. You're getting an opinion of a guy who plays 24/7 not a person who works has a family, or some kid who has school and a part time job like 90% of us are.
