cannot connect to server

I cannot log in to my main character. I faced this error after the update. I can log in to my other characters, but I cannot log in to my main character.

I just cannot play the game. I can connect to all of my characters, but if i use the triport or the bifröst, the game freeze immediately...
An issue of this update.

"I think some little accident happened. EUC is already getting another maintenance.
So far I've found on Elpon:

Yorn - Great Castle = Can't connect to server but won't load you into the game (13016)

Rowen - The Wolflands = Cannot connect to server into game crashes/closes

Tortoyk - Seaswept Woods = Error message into server select

Punika - Nia Village = Cannot connect to server [G0x9-SPELPWP1P2PT] server select

I think there are more problems but hopefully they'll fix it with the maintenance.

This is exactly the error I got, thank you for informing me, I hope they fix it.

I checked the files and reinstalled the game. Like you, I only had this problem once before which was fixed the next day with a hotfix. But since that update, until now (after emergency maintenance), the game constantly closes depending on the characters I'm playing, and I can't connect with some otherwise the game instantly closes.

What is even more bizarre is that the game works perfectly on another of my laptops with the same account (running on Windows 11, while my main PC runs on Windows 10).

To see if this is a problem that will last.
