"This region is closed and can't be selected"

Why am I getting this notification when I am trying to connect my account in "Cenral Europe" server?
I am only able to join an American servers.

Are you on a VPN?

If so, the login server probably thinks you're in the Eastern US or South America and thus you'll only have access to Vairgrys.
